This is to certify that "Supply, Fabrication and Erection work of Steel Staircases for ETP and Stores in Utility Building for Elixrr Industries Pvt Ltd., (100% EOU) at Plot No. 101, GIDC Estate, Village Palej, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat, has been virtually completed by the civil Contractor as per approved drawings and scope of contract as on 30.09.2023. The check list was given by the Consultant to the contractor which has been attended by Contractor and completed on 21.11.2023. However, if further check list or defects are observed the same has to be attended by contractor.
